In this project, the client require a supplier that are capable to provide, design and warranty for 3 years, the focus was on long lifetime and affordable pricing. On top of that, another challenge for this project was that the client require a wide range of products which is suitable for various of location such as selling floor, hotel, facade of the building and even the car park. Due to the nature of the project, meetings were arrange typically from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. which included the developer, project manager ,consultant and supplier.
The AdvanLED solution for this project was to provide models that were commonly manufactured in the factory in addition to creating new products using fittings available in the market. Understandably, certain products had to be changed on the component level to fullfill the warranty requirements. With our training and explanations to the client, we worked with their budgeting and focused on the difference between AdvanLED products and products readily available in the market. This was especially crucial where LED strips required 3 years warranty where market practice and specifications are only 6 months. Other products used included in this project are LED High Bay lights for the outdoor, down light for the indoor, spotlight for the hotel and flood light for the facade of the Palm Mall.
